Lincoln Park, MI - This week's Friday Night Hockey Club tilt at the Lincoln Park Ice Arena will surely include another interesting mix of players. With the November winds howling and the temperatures plummeting, Moojak will be climbing up a 200 foot Tower for Marathon somewhere off I-75 and Schaeffer in downtown Detroit. Be sure to smile a wave if you happen to drive by while the Moojak is plying his trade. With the Moojak out for a couple weeks on hazardous duty, Slava is coming back which will mark the first time this year that he doesn't have another engagement on Friday night."I'm looking forward to getting back on the ice," said Slava, "It's hard to have a good attendance record while the October weather is so warm and the beer at Fricker's is so cold. I've got nothing better to do for the next couple Friday's so, I'll be there this week for sure. Maybe next week too."
During the Halloween break, there were several reports of bizarre behavior by several of the FNHC players with the scariest being a rumor of Tool Time dressing up as Tickle Me Elmo and roaming the streets of Grosse Ile. As he ambled flat-footedly like a good little Elmo to the next house for a trick or a treat, he was recorded saying: "It's for the girls, boys, I do it all for my girls."
All smiles as Ringer accepts FNHC Comissioner's puck.
